Job Summary
Support behavioral, social, and daily living skill development while assisting with recreational activities, personal care needs, and treatment plan documentation. Provide companionship and supervision within the group home environment, working independently and as part of a team to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live safely and with dignity. Submit payroll documentation on time and participate in ongoing training. Valid driver's license, active car insurance, and at least 18 years of age required. Full-time and part-time shifts available including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Active car insurance
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background checks
- Physical ability to assist with lifting or transfers if needed
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
Desired Qualifications
- Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD
