Job Summary
Direct Support Professional/Caregiver in Lebanon County, PA providing hands-on care to individuals with IDD in residential group homes; responsibilities include building positive relationships, assisting with daily living activities (meal preparation, hygiene, household tasks), supporting community participation, employment, and social activities, using adaptive tools to aid learning and communication, encouraging independence and skill development, monitoring health and safety, communicating with Abound team members and case managers, and completing documentation and ongoing training. Requires compassionate, reliable candidate with flexible schedules; paid onboarding/training, growth opportunities, and $1,000 signing bonus (paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week). Qualifications include age 18+, valid driver’s license and transportation, ability to pass background checks, willingness to address personal care needs, and potential lifting as needed.
