Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver needed to provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and communities across Lackawanna County, PA and surrounding areas. Role includes assisting with behavioral, social, and vocational skill development; facilitating recreational and community activities; following treatment plans and documenting progress; providing companionship and respite care; independent work in home and community settings; and supporting personal care needs as required. Must be patient, dependable, and passionate about helping others; HS diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license and car insurance; ability to pass background checks; flexible scheduling with morning/afternoon/evening shifts; weekly pay; and opportunity for a $1,000 signing bonus. Experience preferred but training provided; 20.00–25.00 per hour. Equal opportunity employer.
