$1000 Sign-On Bonus Direct Support Professional/Caregiver in Lackawanna County, PA

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide one-on-one in-home and community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Lackawanna County, PA. Responsibilities include supporting behavioral, social, and vocational skill development; assisting with recreational and community activities; following treatment plans and documenting progress; providing companionship and respite care; submitting documentation and payroll on time; participating in ongoing training; assisting with personal care as needed; and working independently in home and community settings. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license with active insurance, ability to pass background checks, and the ability to lift or transfer as needed. Hours are full- and part-time with a $1,000 signing bonus and $20–$25 per hour compensation, with weekly pay and flexible scheduling.
