Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver providing hands-on support in residential group homes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) across Honesdale and Lake Ariel, PA. Responsibilities include building positive relationships, assisting with daily living activities (meal prep, hygiene, household tasks), supporting community participation and employment, using adaptive tools to aid learning and communication, encouraging independence, monitoring health and safety, coordinating with families and case managers, completing documentation and schedules, and pursuing ongoing training and professional development. Required Qualifications
