Job Summary
Provide compassionate companionship and hands-on support to assist with daily living activities, toileting, personal care, meal preparation, and household routines. Ensure a safe environment through supervision while encouraging independence and facilitating participation in community and social activities. Maintain accurate documentation, communicate with team members and family, and complete ongoing training to uphold professional standards. This high-hour opportunity offers up to 23 hours of support per day across day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, with a starting pay of $17/hour plus a $1,000 signing bonus. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
