Job Summary
Provide hands-on support to maintain an individual's independence and quality of life in their home. Assist with toileting, personal care, meal preparation, and household routines while ensuring a safe environment. Build positive relationships through compassionate companionship and encourage participation in community activities. Communicate with team members, family, and other care providers while completing documentation and maintaining schedules. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. This role offers full-time, consistent weekly hours with a starting pay of $17/hour plus a $1,000 signing bonus. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
- Willingness to assist with toileting and personal care needs
