Job Summary
Provide compassionate companionship and hands-on support to assist individuals with daily living activities, toileting, and personal care needs in their homes. Build positive relationships while encouraging independence, supervise for safety, and facilitate participation in community and social activities. Prepare meals, manage light housekeeping, and communicate with family and care providers. Complete documentation, maintain schedules, and participate in ongoing training. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift as needed. Starting pay is $17/hour with a $1,000 signing bonus, full-time consistent weekly hours, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
