Job Summary
DSP provides hands-on support to individuals with IDD, assisting with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently. Build positive relationships, support daily living activities, aid learning and communication with adaptive tools, monitor health and safety, complete documentation, and participate in ongoing training. Flexible schedules include full-time and part-time opportunities with weekly pay, paid onboarding/training, and opportunities for advancement. Requires transportation and background checks; prior caregiving experience not required as paid training is provided. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation
