Job Summary
Conduct virtual family medicine per diem shifts with a patient-centered, evidence-based approach. Provide telehealth care while maintaining professional autonomy and cross-specialty collaboration within a physician-led partnership. Utilize a fully implemented electronic medical record system to deliver excellent service to patients across Southern California communities. Requires an active CA medical license, paid DEA certificate, minimum one year of experience, and prior telehealth background. Must work three shifts per week.
