Provide extraordinary guest service at the register and in-store, operate the cash register and handle payments, scan items, ensure accurate pricing, and assist with stock/merchandise. Demonstrates company values, greets guests, uses the POS system, processes cash and card transactions, handles coupons and discounts, verifies ID for age-restricted items, and maintains a clean, organized workstation. Requires ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand for long periods, and work a full-time schedule including Fridays/Saturdays. Requires education of a high school diploma or GED and may require a valid TABC Beverage Sellers Permit and, in some cases, a Food Handlers Permit.
