Job Summary
Provide comprehensive tax guidance to clients, including strategic planning, compliance, research, M&A-related matters, and transfer pricing considerations. Review and analyze financial data to prepare accurate tax workpapers and filings for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities. Serve as the lead reviewer for complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency with professional standards. Develop tax projections and support clients with proactive tax planning and advisory services. Conduct in-depth research on diverse and complex tax topics to provide practical solutions and insights. Lead, mentor, and train junior staff on client engagements, fostering professional development and technical growth. Collaborate effectively with team members across all levels to deliver excellent client service. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field of study
- CPA
- 5+ years of progressive tax experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client service mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Collaborative when interacting with both internal teams and external stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience at the Tax Manager level
