Core duties include analyzing legislation, drafting policy briefs and model legislation, designing scalable policy frameworks, convening statewide coalitions, liaising with legislators and agency executives, public representation at state events, and overseeing fiscal considerations and cross-sector partnerships. Required Qualifications
