Job Summary
Lead technical design and decision-making for large, release-defining projects across our cloud platform. Design and implement capabilities in networking, control plane, and managed service infrastructure with a focus on billing systems. Solve complex, mission-critical problems ensuring scalability, maintainability, and reliability. Collaborate with Product Management to translate customer and business requirements into robust technical solutions. Mentor engineers on system design, coding standards, and architectural best practices while remaining hands-on. Role supports multiple levels (Senior/Staff/Principal) with leveling determined by experience and impact.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience developing and debugging system-level software in Golang or similar language
- Familiarity with distributed systems managed via Kubernetes
- Demonstrated ability to design and build highly reliable, high-performance system software
- Experience working in environments where performance, scalability, and reliability are critical
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
