Job Summary
Interface with Salesforce users to translate business requirements into effective solutions and create technical requirements for developers. Guide users and business leaders through change controls processes while building documentation of implemented flows versus original designs. Deploy new Salesforce capabilities to improve organization productivity, automate manual tasks, and continuously improve team usage. Work with the internal readiness and training organization to ensure new functionalities are accurately reflected in training materials. Design comprehensive test plans with measurable criteria and develop automated, scalable processes to meet customer business needs. This role supports a client's goal of transitioning to full-time employment after a consulting period.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder status
- Salesforce Service Cloud experience
- Recent P&C Insurance industry experience
- 6+ years of professional Business Analyst Experience
- 5+ years working with Salesforce environment
- Ability to effectively communicate business processes through the use of written documents and diagrams
- Experience designing Salesforce reports and dashboards that clearly communicate operational status and analytical trends
- Experience designing comprehensive test plans with measurable testing criteria
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications
- Prior insurance industry experience
- 7+ years' experience with Salesforce and prior experience working with business units to develop their usage and functionality of the CRM
