100% Remote - Hogan Engineer - Full Time

Provide technical support for enterprise systems; troubleshoot, repair and recover from basic hardware or software failures; perform routine operational tasks including verifying integrity of hardware, resources, systems, and key processes; review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs; install, configure, test and maintain systems and application software; maintain high levels of systems and infrastructure availability; interact with senior engineers to identify improvements for operational efficiency; collaborate with technical and non-technical personnel; adhere to incident and change management procedures; serve as a technical lead and SME for project planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing; lead design discussions to align with Secure By Design and architecture roadmaps; review system designs for appropriate technologies and integration; oversee all stages of software development for compliance with standards; develop system documentation via flowcharts and diagrams; perform code reviews; provide escalation support for production issues; interact with management to drive efficiency; assign and monitor work across technical staff; stay current on technologies and vendor packages; provide guidance to junior engineers; participate in on-call 24x7 as needed; relationships include Manager, Team, and Business Units/3rd Parties.
