Job Summary
100% Remote, 100% Commissioned Full-Time/Full-Cycle Executive Recruiter, Recruiting Manager and/or Sales/Account Director roles. Scope includes developing and expanding new clients and candidates for senior-level Direct-Hire/Permanent or Contract/Temporary/Consulting job orders; collaborate with Split Partners to recruit top talent; pursue new business prospects with no territory limitations; manage your own desk from home with equity/partnership opportunities; training and mentorship available; role supports client-facing and candidate-facing duties across recruitment and sales functions. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in staffing/recruitment, with a consultative approach and strong closing skills; remote work model with flexible hours and unlimited earning potential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Related Field
- 3+ years of Prior Agency recruiting experience with a Great Track Record of Success
- Prior recruitment or staffing experience with Accounting/Finance, HR/Office Administration, Legal, IT/Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain & Operational Management are helpful but not required
- Consultative approach to client management and reputation for building lasting trusted relationships
- Strong research skills and business acumen; ability to spot trends and identify growth opportunities
- Proven ability to conduct professional phone screens and in-person interviews with mid to C-level professionals; ability to build rapport and immediate confidence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial drive and ownership mindset
- Ability to manage relationships with clients and candidates; willingness to work remotely from home
