Job Summary
Conduct local intermodal freight transport within a 150-mile radius using slip-seat operation on clean daycabs. Manage 100% no-touch freight involving live loads, preloads, and drop-and-hook cycles, including occasional 30 to 60-minute ramp waits for container flips. Operate exclusively on night shifts running Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday, averaging 10 to 12 hours per shift. Maintain a valid Class A CDL, current DOT medical card, and reside within 25 miles of the dispatch yard. Receive 100% home time daily with weekly earnings ranging from $1,500 to $1,700 gross.
