Job Summary
Create a monthly cadence of retail store visits to merchandise displays according to planograms and facilitate brand information to store teams. Educate store associates and consumers on 100% product features and benefits while building meaningful relationships. Submit store visit reports with before and after photos and summaries using the ThirdChannel technology on a smart device. This supplemental 1099 contractor role requires a passion for extreme sports and previous merchandising experience. Compensation starts at $23/hour with a flexible schedule designed in agreement with store management. Immediate start is available upon completing onboarding and the Assessment Partner certification.
Required Qualifications
- A passion and authenticity for the 100% brand or experience within the extreme sports industry
- Previous merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environment, with an eye for detail
- Communication, active listening and empathy are key - Brand Rep must be articulate and friendly
- Ability to problem solve and manage time autonomously
- Assessment Partner certification must be completed before store visits can begin
- A smart device with internet access (iOS 17.0 or above, Android phones on version 13+)
