Job Summary
Lead sales strategy and operations for key F&B brands by analyzing revenue, funnel, and operational data to define core issues and derive actionable growth playbooks. Design and execute promotions, advertising, and operational improvements while structuring best practices for organizational scaling. Monitor key performance indicators including completion and productivity, and lead end-to-end projects with AM, Product, and Marketing teams using SQL for direct data extraction and insight generation. Drive structural growth initiatives and process standardization to resolve operational bottlenecks, ensuring long-term partnership success and business performance maximization.
Required Qualifications
- 10년 이상의 사업 전략, 운영, Growth, 컨설팅 또는 유관 경력
- 데이터를 기반으로 문제를 정의하고 실제 성과를 만들어본 경험
- SQL을 활용하여 데이터를 직접 추출·분석한 경험
- 복잡한 프로젝트를 end-to-end로 리딩한 경험
- 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 여러 이해관계자와 협업한 경험
Desired Qualifications
- 플랫폼, O2O, 이커머스, 물류 등 운영 중심 비즈니스 경험
- Growth, 운영 개선, 프로세스 고도화 경험
- 광고/프로모션 기반 성과 개선 경험
