Job Summary
Deal a variety of table games efficiently and professionally, maintaining compliance with Title31/AML reporting requirements and applicable gaming regulations. Demonstrate knowledge of procedures for multiple games including poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps. Accept feedback with a constructive attitude and show a team-oriented spirit. Perform basic math functions accurately and provide excellent customer service during busy situations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Able to obtain and maintain a Ute Mountain Gaming Commission Support license
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Pass an audition demonstrating blackjack dealing skills and other table carnival games
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling money and performing basic math functions
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
- Open to constructive feedback
