Complete maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work orders as assigned, collaborating with Department Leads on routine and preventive tasks. Use the department's work order system to manage productivity, track progress, and ensure timely completion while gathering necessary materials and tools. May assist in ordering supplies to maintain proper inventory and accept other responsibilities as assigned, including working on special projects. Perform duties across various locations such as offices, shops, and outdoors, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Requires a valid driver's license, three years of construction or maintenance experience, and must be authorized to work in the U.S.
