Job Summary
Part-time Personal Care Assistant at Palisades Middle School: provides direct support to students in classroom settings, including toileting assistance, mobility support (lifting/transferring), reinforcement of academic and life skills, data collection on behaviors, and de-escalation strategies (with potential use of restraints). Requires strong technology skills and eligibility as defined by federal standards (two years of college, an associate degree or PDE Highly Qualified). Compensation at $25.40 per hour post-probation; no health benefits. Requires clearances (Acts 24, 34, 114, 151) and pre-employment drug test.
