Job Summary
Deliver online one-on-one math lessons focused on AMC 8 and AMC 10 competition preparation using interactive, problem-solving methods. Guide students through competition-style problems to build systematic approaches in number theory, algebra, counting, probability, and geometry while developing strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Provide timely feedback and targeted guidance to support student understanding and continuous improvement, helping them develop confidence and effective test-taking strategies. Available to work during weekday evenings and weekends. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Available to work during weekday evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- majors in Math, Economics, Finance, or related fields
- Experience in math competitions
- relevant competition teaching/tutoring experience
- Strong math foundation
- familiarity with competitions such as AMC, AIME, or MathCounts
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin
