Job Summary
Complete and maintain all CSA financial data entry, ensuring revenues, expenses, and transactions are accurately recorded for each child in care. Review invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation to verify expenditures are accurate and appropriately allocated. Monitor CSA expenditures to identify discrepancies and assist with payment reconciliations and report preparation as requested by the Chief Financial Officer. Maintain accurate accounting records, file management systems, and documentation required for internal and external audits. This full-time role involves supporting the Finance Department with administrative tasks and financial reporting. Preference is given to Canadian Citizens, First Nations, Métis, or Inuit candidates with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12 Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- certificate or diploma in a two-year Business Administration – Financial Services program from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience working in a finance or accounting environment
- Demonstrated positive and reliable work history
- Valid Manitoba Driver's Licence

Desired Qualifications
- Ability to speak and/or understand the Ojibway language
- Knowledge and respect of First Nations traditional culture and traditional philosophy
