1. Billing & Coding Specialist

Manage the full cycle of medical and program billing, including accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding for therapy, housing, and case management services. Submit claims to Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurers, then track payments, post adjustments, and resolve denials while maintaining HIPAA and CMS compliance. Collaborate with case managers and therapists to ensure proper documentation, generate billing reports for leadership, and assist with audits. This role supports COCAS & ME Living's mission to expand billable services for individuals overcoming domestic violence and homelessness.
