Job Summary
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive Scrum framework adoption while managing user story writing and business process flows. Develop test cases and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivery quality. Communicate with stakeholders to address diverse needs and adapt to changing requirements using Agile tools and techniques. Requires 4 years of technical knowledge, 5 years of facilitation experience, and an active CSM certification. Located in Richmond, VA for a contract of up to 8 months with extension options.
