1/2 Contract Secondary Special Education Educator - Level II - Parowan High School

Parowan High School seeks a 1/2 Contract Secondary Special Education Educator (Level II) starting August for the 2026-2027 school year. The educator provides individualized instruction and support to students with learning, cognitive, or physical disabilities, develops and implements IEP goals, conducts assessments and progress reporting, prepares and maintains IEP files, and collaborates with teachers and families to help students meet educational goals. Responsibilities include counseling students, aiding in daily living skills, attending case conferences, handling attendance records, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to special education. The role involves providing tutoring, using a range of instructional materials, and supporting student behavioral standards and career readiness within the school’s program.
