Job Summary
Deliver high-quality private duty nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes, performing clinical assessments, administering medications, and providing family education. Manage complex cases including trach and vent management while maintaining autonomy within the Skilled Nursing Unit. Travel to assigned cases throughout Erie County for the 2026/2027 school year, offering full-time, part-time, per-diem, or on-call availability. Requires an active LPN or LVN license; training provided for those without prior home health or pediatric experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active and current license to practice as a professional nurse (LPN or LVN)
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
