1:1 School based Personal Care Assistant - Ashburn, VA

Provide direct, individualized support to a student throughout the school day to ensure their safety, comfort, and full access to instruction. Assist with daily living tasks including mobility, toileting, feeding, and hygiene while monitoring health or behavioral needs. Support transitions between classes and reinforce routines or accommodations outlined in the student's IEP. Collaborate closely with teachers and related service providers to maintain a consistent, supportive environment. This role requires Special Education and/or Autistic Support experience and strong communication skills. Pediatric Developmental Services partners with public school districts and communities to provide highly qualified teachers and pediatric therapists.
