1:1 Private Duty Nurse 12-Hour Shifts

Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications and IV fluids, and perform wound care and hygiene assistance. Collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. This 12-hour shift schedule occurs Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday for Registered Nurses with an active state license and current CPR certification. Practical trach or ventilator experience is preferred. Interim HealthCare supports a patient-centric approach to help clients find peace during their most complicated times.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing (AND) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS)
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
