1:1 Nurse (LPN)

Provide one-on-one home health care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. Deliver care while utilizing AlayaCare for electronic charting and participating in paid training from day one through office, home, and online simulation labs. Support clients with around-the-clock clinical availability and maintain a valid U.S. nursing license with MAR-EPA certification. Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, or overnight, with options for 8, 10, or 12-hour blocks, PRN, part-time, or full-time schedules. No weekend or minimum hours requirements apply.
