Job Summary
Provide 1:1 support for a student with medical needs at a high school. Duties include delivering direct nursing care, maintaining health records, coordinating services between the school, local health agencies, and other community resources, and applying knowledge of pediatric health, public health principles, and relevant laws to support student well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as a registered nurse in the United States
- Certification by the National Association of School Nurses (NASN)
- Completion of training necessary for licensing as a registered nurse
- Experience in pediatrics and/or public health nursing (preferred)
