1:1 LPN, Home Care

Travel to one client near you to provide one-to-one care, following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders. Perform assessments, monitor clients' conditions, and document observations, interventions, and evaluations while performing skills with autonomy in the client's home or at school. Receive 24/7 on-call support for clinical and administrative questions during your shift. This role offers flexible scheduling with access to open shifts in real time and the ability to request additional hours.
