Job Summary
Provide in-home private duty nursing to clients on BAYADA’s Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. Travel to client homes on a schedule, perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions, document observations and follow doctors' orders. Enjoy flexible shifts (days, afternoons, evenings, nights), onboarding and ongoing training, paid orientation, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, PTO, a 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and an employee assistance program. Eligible for a $1,200 nurse referral bonus. BAYADA emphasizes one-to-one client care and commitment to quality, compassionate care in the home setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
