Crain Kia of Fayetteville is seeking a Full-time Sales Consultant. The role offers $1,000 per week guaranteed pay and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with paid training and opportunities for uncapped earnings. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting vehicles, demonstrating features and technology, following up with customers by phone/text/email, setting and confirming appointments, working as part of a fast-paced sales team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications include a positive attitude, strong communication skills, coachability and motivation to learn, ability to work Saturdays, and a valid driver’s license; sales experience is a plus but not required. Sign-on bonus paid after 6 months of active employment per company policies.
