Direct Support Professional (DSP) needed in the Lehigh Valley, PA region to provide one-on-one in-home and community support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include supporting behavioral, social, and vocational skill development; assisting with recreational and community activities; following treatment plans and documenting progress; providing companionship and respite care; submitting documentation and payroll on time; participating in training; assisting with personal care needs as required; and working independently in home and community settings. Requires genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD, ability to work independently, a valid driver’s license with active insurance, comfort with varying personal-care and behavioral-support needs, and being 18+.
