Provide one-on-one in-home support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in the Lehigh Valley region (Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton and surrounding areas). Responsibilities include supporting behavioral, social, and vocational skill development, assisting with recreational and community activities, following treatment plans and documenting progress, providing companionship and respite care, submitting documentation on time, participating in ongoing training, and assisting with personal care as required. Requires a genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD, ability to work independently, valid driver’s license with active insurance, and ability to pass background checks. HS diploma or equivalent required; willingness to work various hours with full-time and part-time options; compensation: $20.00-$25.00/hour plus a $1,000 signing bonus; weekly pay; benefits available based on hours worked; signing schedule milestones after 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year.
