Job Summary
Deliver developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks in a Kindergarten classroom. Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment; provide engaging literacy, mathematics, social-emotional, and play-based learning experiences; differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs; use assessment data to inform instruction and monitor student progress; implement effective classroom management and routines; collaborate with grade-level teams, specialists, interventionists, and administration; communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and classroom activities; support social-emotional and behavioral development; participate in professional development, curriculum work, and district initiatives; maintain accurate student records and comply with district and state requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Massachusetts DESE license in Early Childhood: Teacher of Students With and Without Disabilities (PreK–2)
- Sheltered English Immersion (SEI) Endorsement
