Plan and deliver engaging lessons with clear, measurable learning outcomes aligned with Massachusetts curriculum frameworks. Implement diverse instructional strategies and integrate technology to address varied student needs. Assess understanding through self-assessments, formative measures, and summative evaluations while collaborating with colleagues to analyze data and develop interventions. Establish a culture of high expectations by integrating social emotional learning and culturally responsive teaching practices. Partner with families to support academic and behavioral progress and implement Individual Education Programs and 504 Accommodation Plans. Collaborate with special education staff, participate in team meetings, and fulfill professional responsibilities including professional development and performance reflection.
