1.0 FTE Long Term Substitute Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary
Provide speech and language therapy to students, schedule students into appropriate instructional groups, deliver therapeutic services in general education and Speech Office for a wide range of speech and language disorders, perform diagnostic evaluations and implement treatment plans, collaborate with classroom staff to support therapy, serve as a consultant in service development, participate in team and parent meetings, write goals and liaise for IEPs, maintain thorough student records, assist with mobility and personal care as needed, knowledge of AAC preferred, Master’s degree in relevant field with DESE licensure as SLP and CCC (or ASHA pending) status, and per diem compensation for a fixed-term leave.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Communications Disorders, Speech and Language Pathology or a related field
- DESE licensed as Speech Language Pathologist
- Holds Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or has completed requirements and application with ASHA is pending
- Clinical Fellowships not supported at this time
