Job Summary
Teach High School CTE Health pathway courses at Redington High School, delivering healthcare/EMT/health services content using district curriculum. Create an engaging classroom environment, plan lessons, select materials, assess student learning, and provide progress reporting. Collaborate with administration to develop and grow the CTE health pathway for Redington students, including introducing and expanding health services coursework. Requires Alaska Teaching Certificate-Type A and a Bachelor's degree or Type M-CTE certificate; trauma-sensitive schools experience preferred. DUTIES include meeting classes, planning curricula, maintaining records, communicating with students/parents/district staff, and supporting policies governing student life.
