Job Summary
Package and ship products to stores, salons, or direct customers while executing picking, packing, and loading duties across designated lanes. Process returns by inspecting items for damage and verifying piece counts against paperwork. Complete special projects including deal breakdowns and maintain accurate inventory through cycle counting and put-away tasks. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely while adhering to strict housekeeping and safety protocols. Work in a fast-paced environment involving repetitive lifting of 10 to 55-pound cartons, standing for 6 to 12 hours, and managing temperature fluctuations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to adjust to change and interruptions
