Job Summary
Lead application development for insurance design, application, and new contract systems within the IT Service Delivery 3rd Division. Execute coding, unit testing, and integration testing while managing BAU tasks including requirement definition, design, acceptance, and incident response. Lead small-scale projects aligned with the company portfolio and drive improvement initiatives through stakeholder interviews and planning. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure system reliability and digital transformation via DevOps and containerized microservices. Requires 5+ years of Java/JavaScript and database development experience.
Required Qualifications
- JAVA/ JavaScriptを用いたWebアプリケーション開発経験5年以上
- Database(種類は問わず)を用いたアプリケーション開発5年以上
- 保険業務知識(新契約、契約保全、保険料請求収納、保険金支払、経理、数理など)
- 保険業務(新契約、契約保全、保険料請求収納、保険金支払、経理、数理など)に掛かるアプリケーション開発経験および上流工程経験
- ソースコード管理経験
- Agile開発基本知識
- インフラ関連知識(OS、ネットワーク、JOB運用管理、システム間データ連携・Webアプリケーション関連のミドルウェア)
- 保険募集~新契約領域業務の各システム開発における以下の業務を想定しています。
- アプリケーション開発(コーディング、単体テスト、結合テスト)
- BAU業務(日々の改善開発における要件定義、設計、受け入れ等、障害・照会対応、関連協力会社契約、リソース管理等)
- プロジェクトリード業務(会社ポートフォリオに準じた小規模プロジェクトのマネージメント)
- 改善系施策の推進(業務部門への課題・改善点ヒアリング、改善計画の立案等)
- 上記システム領域やアジャイル開発、コンテナ基盤の知識
- デジタル技術を活用した新しいビジネスに興味があり
- 次期リーダー候補として積極的に推進していける方
