Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, including hiring, training, and developing teams to achieve sales targets and brand standards. Manage inventory, payroll, and scheduling while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and loss prevention procedures. Direct associates in executing omni-channel fulfillment strategies and resolving customer issues to maximize loyalty and KPIs. Support the Store Manager in all areas, particularly during their absence, while maintaining strict adherence to company directives and fostering a diverse, inclusive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
- Can effectively communicate with team and management
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift moderately heavy items
- Above-average agility and dexterity
- Must be able to work in other stores from time to time
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
