Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by supervising daily associate goals, delivering exceptional client experiences, and maintaining strict brand standards across merchandising, POGs, and dress code. Manage inventory ordering, shipment processing, and payroll scheduling while ensuring accurate store opening and closing procedures. Lead hiring, training, and development of teams, coaching associates to meet sales KPIs and financial targets. Enforce safety protocols, loss prevention measures, and HAZMAT compliance to protect assets and ensure a secure environment. Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer issues and driving omni-channel fulfillment strategies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
- Can effectively communicate with team and management
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift moderately heavy items
- Above-average agility and dexterity
- Must be able to work in other stores from time to time
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
