Job Summary
Retail Third Key hourly supervisory role supporting Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Responsibilities include supervising sales staff, cashiers, stockers, and receivers; ensuring sales objectives, profitability, and payroll controls; training and developing team members; scheduling; loss prevention; pricing reviews; and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations (OSHA) and TABC requirements. Must have strong customer service, leadership, and operational skills, with the ability to manage duties across receiving, cashiering, stocking, and in-store processes; requires 21+ age and associate degree or higher preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience or MIT program completion
- Retail sales management experience preferred
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Must be over age 21 per state law
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- TABC Beverage Sellers Permit or related licenses required in some cases
- Open availability during business hours
