Job Summary
Conduct qualified customer service for associates, clients, and other interested parties regarding SICREDI products and services on the PJ account. Manage associate registration, handle delinquency collection, and provide technical support within the agency's portfolio. This role requires a complete higher education degree or currently enrolled student, with ANBIMA CPA-10 or CPA-20 certification being indispensable. Experience in financial institution portfolio management is a plus.
