Job Summary
Execute day-to-day bakery operations by icing sheet cakes, baking bread, decorating cookies, and creating fresh offerings per customer orders. Provide excellent customer service during interactions, share food knowledge, and manage production, merchandising, and quality control of all department offerings. Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and cleaning standards while stocking, rotating, and merchandising products. This role requires standing, sitting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
