Job Summary
Lead end-to-end hiring for the product organization by managing a team of 6–8 Talent Acquisition professionals, overseeing goal setting, performance management, and career development. Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Business leaders to deliver strategic initiatives, providing market intelligence and hiring recommendations while facilitating interview calibrations. Drive recruitment process improvements and foster collaboration through knowledge-sharing sessions and best practices. Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, and Boolean search techniques to fill software engineering and technical leadership roles across multiple levels. Ensure ethical, compliant use of AI in recruitment while maintaining fairness and an excellent candidate experience. Requires 10–14 years of progressive experience in tech hiring with at least 4 years in people management.

- 10-14 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong focus on technology hiring
- Minimum 10+ years of experience hiring for technology roles in a product-based organisation
- At least 4 years of people management experience
- Leading and mentoring Talent Acquisition teams
- Proven experience managing a team of 6–8 Talent Acquisition professionals
- Experience in goal setting, performance management, coaching, and career development
